Refund Policy

To request an exchange, please contact the Canna Ceylon Customer Care Team at ceyloncanna@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will confirm the items for exchange and initiate the process.

Conditions for Exchange & Returns:

  • Items must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached.

  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted.

  • Items remain your responsibility until they are returned to us. Please ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage.

  • Once received, items will be inspected before processing the exchange.

Exchange & Return Options:

  • You may exchange items for a different size or an alternative product, subject to availability.

  • If there is a price difference, you will need to pay the balance.

  • We do not offer cash refunds, but exchanges can be made as per the terms above.

  • If returned items do not meet our conditions, they may be sent back to you.
